About The Platform

Your crew's footage — one archive

01

What Is My Crew Archive

A private video and photo archive built for car meet crews and event organizers.

Collect footage from meets, auto-process it, and share it with the crew
No social media uploads — direct file sharing, full quality, no compression artifacts
Organizers control what gets published and who can upload
02

How It Works

Three steps from raw footage to a shareable archive.

Organizers create events and hand out upload passphrases at meets
Anyone with the passphrase can upload their clips and photos — no account needed
Files are auto-compressed with GPU-accelerated encoding — quality stays high, file sizes shrink
Organizers publish event pages with all the content from the meet
Share individual download links or let people grab the full event zip
03

What You Can Upload

We handle the heavy lifting — just drop your files.

Videos — MP4, MOV, WebM, AVI, MKV — any size, any length
Photos — JPG, PNG, WebP
Large files are fine — the progress bar shows real-time upload speed so you always know it's working
Everything gets optimized automatically — videos are re-encoded, photos are compressed, all while keeping quality high
No file size limits — we've handled single uploads well over 10GB
04

Sharing & Downloads

Multiple ways to get content to the crew.

Event pages — a grid of all videos and photos from a meet, with select-and-download or zip-all
Direct links — short URLs like /d/xK7mQp for sharing individual files
Private events — access-code protected, auto-unlocks for 24 hours after first entry
HLS preview — stream a preview before committing to the full download
05

For Organizers
