Got footage from a meet? Here's how to share it with the crew.

Go to the home page — that's the upload form

Enter the upload passphrase you were given (case-insensitive)

Give your clip a title (e.g. "Blue GTR Launch")

Add the meet name if you know it (e.g. "H2O 2025")

Enter your Instagram handle so people can credit you

Tag the creator who organized the shoot — start typing their IG and select from the dropdown

Optionally tag who's featured (car owners, etc.)

Drop or select your file — videos and photos both work

Supported formats: MP4, MOV, WebM, AVI, JPG, PNG, WebP — files are automatically compressed while preserving quality

Your file goes into a processing queue.

Videos are automatically re-encoded for optimal quality and file size

Photos are optimized and converted to high-quality JPEG

A thumbnail is generated for previews

Once processed, the creator assigns it to an event to publish it

Someone shared an event link with you? Here's what you can do.

Open the event link — you'll see a grid of all the videos and photos

If the event is private, you'll be asked for an access code — the creator will provide this along with the link

Once unlocked, access lasts 24 hours without re-entering the code

Click any card to select it (highlighted border = selected)

Use "Select All" to grab everything

Click "Download Selected" to get a zip of just your picks

Or click "Download All" to get every file in one zip

Each card also has its own individual download button

Creators can also share individual file links.

Links look like mycrewarchive.com/d/xK7mQp

You'll see a preview page with the thumbnail, title, file info, and a download button

Click Download and the file saves directly to your device

Large files — the platform handles files over 100MB; just be patient with the upload progress bar

Credit — always add your IG handle so people can find and tag you

People tags — tag the car owners / people in the clip, it helps everyone find their content

Passphrase issues? — reach out to the event creator for the right code
